Here, there’s no pressure to achieve or perform—just permission to slow down, breathe, and come back to yourself.
This studio is an invitation to move at your own pace, to check in rather than push through, and to create space for ease, rest, and self-connection—on and off the mat.


About Me
I’m Melissa, a licensed Mental Health Counselor, psychotherapist, 200 hour certified yoga teacher and the founder of Mindful Breath Yoga. I created this space after years of feeling like I didn’t quite belong in traditional yoga settings—spaces that often felt fast-paced, performative, or exclusive. My vision was to offer something different.
With over 15 years of experience as a therapist, I specialize in supporting individuals navigating anxiety, trauma, life transitions, and stress-related challenges. My approach in both therapy and yoga is relational, intentional, and grounded in the belief that healing is deeply personal.
