Restorative Yoga

A deeply calming practice with quiet, long-held poses supported by props and guided stillness. This class is an invitation to slow down, release tension, and gently settle into rest. No experience is needed. Just come as you are and allow your body and mind to soften.

We’ll begin with gentle stretching and breath-led movement to support mobility and release stress, then transition into restorative shapes designed to help the body soften and the nervous system unwind. Perfect for all levels—especially those seeking space to move gently, rest deeply, and reconnect with themselves

My experience with Melissa started the moment I walked through her door. I was welcomed into the most serene, calming space—and all I wanted to do was exhale and relax.

I’m not part of the “yoga world,” so I wasn’t sure what to expect. But I was blown away. I had no idea how much stress I’d been holding until I stepped onto the mat. After just an hour with Melissa, I felt almost giddy with relief. It was as if the weight of the world—one I didn’t even realize I was carrying—had been lifted off my shoulders.

Melissa has a truly special way of making you feel safe, supported, and totally at ease, even if you have no idea what you’re doing. I’m officially a convert—and I’ll definitely be back.
